Telemedicine

Over the years, Kell has acquired a leadership position in the development of telemedicine systems; enhancing technological innovations in the ICT field that can be used in the health sector to improve the efficiency and increase the quality of health processes, in all the different contexts of their “value chain” such as prevention, emergency care, maintenance of own well-being – wellness, family support, clinical and epidemiological studies. Over time it has developed a set of software modules that allow the integration of the different worlds of e-health by encouraging the movement of electronic data that make it possible to realize the following services:

• Service Teleconsultation allowing two doctors to have an consuelenz in real time by video-conference with the ability to share clinical data on their local workstations.
• Service of Tele-diagnosis, which offers the possibility to a doctor, or to a technical operator to have a consultation with a specialist in real-time by video-conference and / or to share clinical data on their local workstations
• Tele-counseling service, which allows the patient to have a consultation with a doctor or a specialist in real-time video-conference, possibly supported by data sharing
• Service of Tele-validation, which allows a technical operator to regain a consultation with a specialist in real-time by video-conference and share clinical data so that they can be validated, in this context, clinical data are submitted to a workflow validation before being used for the statistical processing
